About Us
What Makes Us Different?
We are not your grandparents’ law firm. At The Ramirez Legal Group, we do things differently than at traditional personal injury and employment firms. We embrace technology and our clients are our main priority, not our profits. Our guiding principle is quality over quantity–quality of results and service over quantity of clients and profits. This is how we stay true to our ideals:
We Only Work With a Few Clients at a Time
We Use the Latest Technology
24/7 Access
Commitment to Communication
Work With a Real Attorney

About April Ramirez
April was born and raised in Orange County, California, and was part of a lower middle class family of four. Her parents were both immigrants, her mother from bustling Mexico City, Mexico, and her father from a little seaside town with the best fish tacos in the world, Ensenada, Mexico. Craving more excitement than the suburbs could provide, April later moved to Los Angeles where she received her B.A. in psychology at UCLA.
Afterwards, April left for the lovely city of Chicago to attend law school (if you have never been to Chicago, we highly recommend it – have a hot dog at the Weiners Circle). April’s inspiration behind becoming a lawyer came from witnessing the injustices her immigrant mother suffered at the hands of those who violated her legal rights. She wants to passionately provide for her clients what her mother always needed, a voice.
After graduating from law school, April returned to Los Angeles, and after practicing business and property litigation for a short while, she pursued her true passion of helping the injured and wronged at one of the largest and most successful personal injury firms in the country. There, she quickly learned the importance of aggressively litigating each case and not taking “no” for an answer.
April went on to practice at other personal injury and employment law firms but she discovered that something was lacking with all of them–a personalized approach to helping the client. At other personal injury and employment law firms, the bottom-line was making money above helping the clients. Adamant that this wasn’t the way it should be, April founded The Ramirez Legal Group.
